Where this offer came from?
As someone who was born in the USA but who grew up in both Cameroon and USA, I have a unique perspective on the art world and a deep appreciation for African art and culture. My passion for African art was sparked during my time in school, where I took an art class and discovered the rich history and influence of African art in the world and losing my little sister who was a true artist in every way made me realize I wanted to also do this for her. I noticed that despite the significant contributions of African artists throughout history, they are often overlooked and undervalued in the art world. This realization inspired me to start my own business, FISARTZ, which curates and sells artwork by African artists in Africa to help individuals and businesses enhance their home space or business space with unique pieces.
Fisartz is not only a way for me to showcase the beauty and talent of African artists, but it is also a way to give them the recognition and credit they deserve. Through FISARTZ, I aim to empower African artists and provide them with a platform to showcase their work to a global audience. My story is rooted in a desire to make a difference and to challenge the status quo. I saw a problem in the art world, and instead of accepting it, I decided to do something about it. My passion for African art and my entrepreneurial spirit have led me to create a business that not only serves my goals but also uplifts and empowers others.
